Philip Hare and Associates are a tax consultancy business specialising in the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS), Seed EIS (SEIS), Venture Capital Trusts (VCT) and Social Investment Tax Relief (SITR). They are experts in advising SME companies and their investors on tax relief and the associated business obligations and in 2021 alone, advised over 500 companies on SEIS, EIS and VCT, many of which were in deep tech.
